One of our full service customers has a large, high-volume, full service restaurant. They use 2 Clover Stations in the back where servers enter orders, another Clover Station at the bar, and one Clover Mobile at the hostess stand for entering carry-out orders and accepting payments. They also use a Clover Mobile upstairs for large group events. What they love about the Clover Mobile, is when they don’t have a special event upstairs, a server can take the Clover Mobile and use it to enter orders and take payments at any table in the restaurant. They utilize the labeling options so that regardless of which Clover POS device the order is entered into, the system knows which of their 3 Clover Kitchen Printers items go to—such as drink orders to the bar printer, hot items to the grill printer, and other items to the cold prep area printer. The Clover POS system really streamlines their busy and diverse operation.
